Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla was a Serbian American inventor who designed the modern Alternating Current electricity supply system. Tesla was an employee who used to work for Thomas Alfa Edison. Tesla was the inventor of AC electric supply, Radio, Light, Laser, etc. In a book called "The Fantastic Inventions of Nikola Tesla" wrote by David Hatcher Childress, the most important thing that invented by Tesla is "Tesla Coil", an electrical resonant transformer circuit invented by Nikola Tesla around 1891. It is used to produce high-voltage, low-current, high frequency alternating-current electricity.Tesla used these coils to conduct innovative experiments in electrical lighting, phosphorescence, X-ray generation, high frequency alternating current phenomena, electrotherapy, and the transmission of electrical energy without wires. Today their main use is for entertainment and educational displays, although small coils are still used today as leak detectors for high vacuum systems.

A Noble Prize in Physics was awarded to Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison in 1915. But there were unsubstantiated rumors that at the time Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison refused the Nobel Award. There have been subsequent claims by Tesla biographers that Edison and Tesla were the original recipients and that neither was given the award because of their animosity toward each other.

Because of Tesla's Alternating Current electricity supply system, people nowadays could use electricity for big electrical product such as TV, Air Conditioner, Chargers, etc. If Tesla didn't make any AC electricity supply system, people nowadays just only use electricity only through battery.
